My Bipolar Mind

I can’t remember the exact date, but I remember it being summer of 2015, or maybe 2014. I sat on the stairs of my deck and made a phone call... to whom I can’t remember. I needed help.

I was broken.

I didn’t know who I had become.

I was hurting those I love, and I couldn’t cope with my thoughts any longer.
